The Waukesha plant was expanded in 2001 to meet industry requirements for both medium-power and large-power designs. The 300,000 sq. ft. expansion provides increased manufacturing space, crane capacity, vapor phase dry-out systems, and state-of-the-art testing capabilities. The new Waukesha plant is recognized as one of the most modern transformer manufacturing facilities in the world and is well equipped to respond to customer needs. |

Five basic type designations are utilized to classify the types of large-power transformers manufactured:
- LS – Large Single Phase (all types)
- LT – Non-Load Tap Changing Three Phase (all types)
- LTC – Load Tap Changing Three Phase
- LTC-AUTO – On-Load Tap Changing Auto Transformers
- LT-AUTO – Non-Load Tap Changing Auto Transformers
