Waukesha, WI (July 28, 2005) – Waukesha Electric Systems is expanding its manufacturing plant’s test facility in Goldsboro, NC, to enhance current testing capabilities and provide parallel test paths designed to eliminate production testing interruptions. The project is expected to be completed second quarter of 2007.

The multi-million dollar project will upgrade impulse, loss measurement, temperature rise and induced testing. The upgrades will also increase reliability and accuracy in the Goldsboro Test Department, supporting the plant's goals for continuous improvement in design and manufacturing capabilities.
